About MD Connexions
MD Connexions has been in existence for over 30 years and Michael Day is one of the founder members.
He graduated as a Systemic/family psychotherapist in 1990, after a career in the Probation Service, where he worked in both the criminal and family courts.
He has been in private practice since then, supported by a peer group of 5 other experienced psychotherapists and counsellors. For over 25 years he contracted to the NHS in both adult, child and adolescent mental health services, including 10 years in a specialist adult eating disorders clinic.
As a systemic psychotherapist, he is qualified to work with individuals, couples and families, believing that most emotional difficulties are connected to relationships and most relationship difficulties are about communication.
He was registered as a systemic supervisor with the UK Council for Psychotherapy and the Association of Family Therapy. He is based in Staines upon Thames, in South West London.
