Therapy works in many ways: In essence we look at obstacles that might be holding you back, looking at patterns of behaviour, negative thinking, self sabotage, stresses and strains, unresolved issues, and discovering what you want in Life in order to find Happiness!

Counselling Practice:

My office is in a Grade 2 Listed building in central Southend.
Occupying the top floor in the roof with oak beams and a toasty little fire gives my therapy room a warm, cosy and private setting.
